Kent is a strong believer in managed risk, though he once flew a helicopter with no doors and is terrified of heights. A Harvard grad with an MBA in Finance from Wharton and a PhD in Health Administration, he is a numbers guy with a heart.
Raised by a Presbyterian minister and the beneficiary of many scholarships, he believes in paying it forward and has served on the boards of The National MS Society, The ALS Association, Chosen 300, Chestnut Hill College, Harcum College and many others. He has built and sold numerous companies including Griswold Home Care, the world's oldest multinational non-medical home care company which had over 10,000 caregivers working through its 100+ offices throughout the United States, Mexico and South Korea.
He is a stage performer and author of several books and is currently studying French, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian and German. He has lived in Kenya, Australia, Hong Kong, Sweden, Belgium and England and visited all 7 continents. An expert in operational efficiency, cost cutting, financial analysis, conflict resolution, people assessment and logistics, he spends his free time on puzzles, piano and Pickleball.
Courtney Lawless is a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and tech founder who works with businesses of all sizes to help execute strategies to turn their dreams into a reality. Courtney currently serves as a co-host on the Amazon Prime show, Wolf PAC (premiering Jan 2021), where she engages with startups to help them accelerate their growth to actualize their potential. In addition to investing and advising, Courtney co-owns and manages a full-stack software development company, MoxēHub, where she builds sophisticated, high demand tech solutions alongside her expert team.

In 1996 Len and his wife Susan pedaled their tandem bicycle across the U.S., and since then have done long distance tandem bicycle rides all over the world each year which have raised over $1,900,000 for the A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) Association. Len was the first professor to deliver an Entrepreneurial Marketing course in any business school in 1995 and co wrote the book “Entrepreneurial Marketing: Lessons from Wharton’s Pioneering MBA Course” in 2001.
Len co-founded Management Decision Systems, Inc. MDS In 1967 with $2500 he had invested from his Bar Mitzvah money. No other external capital was raised. The bootstrapped company was sold to Information Resources, Inc. for over $60 million in 1986. Len was Founding Vice Dean at Wharton for Wharton San Francisco and Wharton’s Social Impact Initiative.
Len was the first investor in Diapers.com, Milo.com, Infoscout, Zenreach- all ventures that reached valuations in the hundreds of millions. Len is cofounder and GP of Musketeer Capital, LLC and co Leader of Wharton’s Venture Initiation Program in San Francisco.
Judy is a highly accomplished business accelerator and board member who delivers transformational change for private, public and non-profit organizations. She is noted for her ability to design high impact strategic solutions and compelling brand narratives that result in market expansion, customer acquisition and competitive advantage.

A member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Judy holds an MBA with distinction from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, with concentrations in Management and Strategy, Organization Behavior, and Marketing and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
With a degree from UCLA, Gudel is a veteran sports broadcaster with over 25 years of anchoring and reporting experience. She spent 19 years with Comcast SportsNet/NBC SportsNetwork in Philadelphia, where she was the city’s first female sports broadcaster.
She’s started and exited two successful small businesses and recently launched a new sports agency, Elevate Sports and Media, with several other industry veterans.
Three time Pro Bowler Seth Joyner excelled in all defensive categories in a storied NFL career that culminated in a Super Bowl win in his final game. A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, Joyner is a successful NFL broadcaster and the host and producer of The Seth Joyner Show.
